He is survived by : his wife Vera Frances Giles Biggs of Maysville; his children, Lesia Biggs White of Maysville and Keith Biggs of Maysville; and his sisters, Mildred Naylor of Mableton and Billie Jean Blankenship of Cullman, AL. He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
