She was predeceased by: her father Raymond Bryson "Hoot" Payne; her grandmother Billie Jean Cearley; her aunts, Diane Queen, Midge Stone, Kathy Gaddis and Frances Pelfrey; and her uncle Charles Payne.
She is survived by: her mother Patsy Cearley Payne of McCaysville, Georgia; her son Colby White of McCaysville, Georgia; her sister Karie Payne of McCaysville, Georgia; and her aunts and uncles, Mark Stone, Mike Pelfrey, Ronald Cearley (Dee), Danny Payne, Ruth Ann Payne and Judy Payne. She is also survived by many other cousins, relatives, and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that all memorial contributions be made to help defray final expenses.
