He is survived by: his sister Virginia Bradham; his nieces and nephews, Beth Ramsey (Craig), Lynda Cook (Gary), Janet Ballew (David), Sherrie Danner (Bob), Debbie Pruitt (Bob), Doug Cook, Joseph McCollough, Kevin Briant (Christy), Larry Briant (Melinda) and Daniel Bradham (Carrie); and his friends, Lisa Cook, Jason Cook and Keira Cook.
