He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Michelle Bridgens (Steve), Amanda Stapp (Danny) and Mark Hawkins (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Ashleigh, Seth, Aubrey, Hayden, Kyle, Bradey and Waylon; and his siblings, Betty Ann Hooper (Junior), Charles Hawkins and Susie Garner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
