He is survived by: his sisters, Lavonna Middlebrooks and Jane Ward (Johnny); his children, Wayne Collins (Robin) of Winston Salem, NC, Brad Grant (Jennifer) of Jonesboro Ga and Jennifer McCright (Abner) of San Diego, CA; his grandchildren, Tara Samples (Matt) of Memphis Tn, Shane (Kimberly), Jennifer Richards (Mark) of McDonough, GA, Scott Bowles (Kaitlyn) of Winston Salem, NC, Hannah (Japeth), Wagner of Stockbridge, GA, Aubrey Forbes (Tristan) of San Pedro, CA and Kenslee McCright of San Diego, CA; and his great grandchildren, Ema, Amelia, Caleb, Joshua, Cadence, Cuyler, Callen, Alyssa, Maximus, Malciah, Alice, Eloise, Lincoln, Thompson and Theo.
