He is survived by: his wife Leslie Suzanne Thomas (Barnhart); his children, Chase Thomas (Sandra), Macy Janacek (Justin), Colin Thomas and Madalyn Thomas; his grandchildren, Graham Janacek, Crew Janacek and Meadow Thomas; his mother Juanita Purvis Thomas; his sisters, Karen Andrews (Steve) and Wendy Marks (Dan); and his siblings-in-law, Veronica Calhoun (Craig) and Kevin Barnhart (Nicole). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
