She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Turner and Delree Turner (Duffel); and her brother Coleman Turner. She is survived by: her friend Diane Owens; her husband Herbert Bill Bailey Jr.; her children, Katheryn Pratt of Conyers, Brenda Lee Reece of Milner and Herbert Bill Bailey III; her granddaughter Jaylin Daniel of Jacksonville, FL; her siblings, Brenda Robinson (Eddie) of Griffin and Glenn Turner of Stockbridge; and her aunt Maggie.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Grace Baptist Church (4020 Hwy 81, McDonough, GA 30252).
