He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Alvin and Maude Waddy (Sanders); his brothers, Billie James Waddy and Michael Landers Waddy; and his great grandchild Riley Alexis Gilbert.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Oswalt (Oswalt); his daughters, Debra Rasnake (Don) of McDonough and Chantay Howard (Bobby) of Cartersville; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Mussell (Jason), Heather Gilbert (Tim), David Rasnake (Amber), Alyssa Sitten (Bart), Jesse Howard (Megan Matla) and Emily Boonstra (Tom). He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren; a niece and many nephews.
