We are sad to announce that, on February 27, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Frances Christine Tapley of McDonough, Georgia, born in Stockbridge, Georgia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eardley Norton and Norean Norton; her husband Marion Tapley; her siblings, Josephine Collier, Earl "Bug" Norton and Helen Upchurch; and her half-brother Harvey Norton.

She is survived by: her children, James Tapley (Vickie), Robert Tapley (Theresa), Billy Tapley (Felicia) and Kathy Hancock (Lynn); and her grandchildren, Casey, Amy, Farrah, Shelly, Jason, Joey, Billy, Jennifer and Jessica. She is also survived by her great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren as well as several nieces, nephews.

I remember wonderful times at the Tapley's, as a newcomer to Georgia in 1968. Your mother was a sweet lady. So thankful our paths crossed here on earth...and more thankful in knowing we'll see each other again.”
