He is survived by: his close friend Betty Hills; his children, Deborah Ann Rehm, Linda Jean Pizzo, Joyce Marie Pratnicki, JoAnne Kwiatkowski and David Scott McKinney; his grandchildren, Amanda, Joseph, Daniel, Christina, Matthew, Lisa, William, Brianna, Christopher, Deanna, Melissa and Aidan; and his siblings, Charles Lewis McKinney (Minnie), Ruth S. Phillips, Bobbie Jean Baxter (James) and Charlotte Ann Wells. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
