It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harvey L. Haney of McDonough, Georgia, who passed away on April 18, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Haney; and his siblings, Annette Haney (Warren), Charles Haney (Bobbie Jean) and Gary Haney. He is survived by: his brother Wayne Haney (Juanita) of Locust Grove; his sons, Anthony Haney (Rebecca) of Jackson Ga, Michael Haney (Nelsey) of Marietta and Steve Haney of McDonough; his grandchildren, Anthony Haney (April) of Adel, Miss Jessica Haney of Adel, Brandon Haney of Adel, Austin Haney (Meagan) of Barnesville, Dylan Haney of Locust Grove and Lori Haney of Locust Grove, GA.; and his stepgrandchildren, Zachariah Bundrick (Lexi) of Jackson, Jonathan Bundrick (Lilli) of Ola, Cheyenne Bundrick and Sarah Bundrick of Jackson Ga.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors (2580 GA-42, McDonough, GA 30253). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Melwood Cemetery (5170 E Ponce de Leon Ave, Stone Mountain, GA 30083).
