He is survived by: his wife Kristin Leigh Sizemore; his sister Lisa Jurchenko (Andrew Jurchenko); and his daughters, Emma Burnett Webb (Chris Webb), Claire Burnett Wilson (Max Wilson) and Alyce Burnett Head (Wesley Head). He is also survived by his partner in life but also his best friend and the love of his life.
