He is survived by: his wife Janet Cook; his children, Steve Cook (Susan) of McDonough, Ala, Kevin Cook of McDonough, Thomas Truman of Brooklet, Cynthia Hamilton (Lee) of Cartersville and Jennifer Revell of Savannah; and his siblings, Eugene Cook of Milner and Marie Elliott (Sam) of Lyons.
