He is survived by: his daughter Jill Marie Smith; his wife Rosalyn; his children, Hilary Smith (Giovanni) of Dallas, GA and Jimmy Smith of Atlanta; his stepdaughter Segrid Dennard of Fitzgerald, GA.; his former spouses, Tracey Smith (Angela Rushing) of Nashville, TN, Stephanie Brock (Kyle) of Valdosta, GA, Jason Smith of Nashville, TN and Additionally; and his siblings, Trish Yates and Bobby Smith (Terri) of Marion, OH. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Glaucoma Research Foundation in Jim's honor.
