We are sad to announce that on May 21, 2025, at the age of 55, John F. Hallenbeck of McDonough, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to John's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration John has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his father Frederick "Fred" Hallenbeck, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Coleen Chambers Hallenbeck; his sons, Collin Ball and David Henderson; his mother Antoinette "Toni" Hallenbeck; his sister Holli Hallenbeck; and his foster sisters, Carrie Allen and Ricki Robbins. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Robert M. Halgas Funeral Home, Inc. (111 Co Rd 106, Johnstown, NY 12095). A prayer will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Halgas Funeral Home (111 Co Rd 106, Johnstown, NY 12095). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Broadalbin Kennyetto Fire Company, in care of the funeral home.
