He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Feltman; his children, Michele Renee Feltman of McDonough and Russell Brian Feltman of Senoia; his siblings, Winston Feltman of Stockbridge, Dorothy Jean Kersey of Griffin and Joan Claudette Balliew of Locust Grove; his grandchildren, Stephanie Daniele Moss, Brandon Lee Wright, Porter Michael Feltman, Jayce Brian Feltman and Brady Graham Feltman; and his great grandchildren, Brantley Bo Moss, Harper Olivia Wright, Rhett Walter Moss and Peyton Renee Moss. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
