He is survived by: his sister Rosalie; his children, Winifred Dickson Bell, Kevin Darnell Dickson, Kenneth Jerome Dickson, Joseph William Dickson, Jr. and Rachel Louise Dickson; his stepdaughters, Roberta Shimkus and Rebecca Goulet; his grandchildren, Eric, Reginald, Leah, Laina Bell of Cristian, Rosetta Brundage, Matthew Dickson, Simone and Derrick Isaac; and his great grandchildren, Josiah Girtman and Ashton Bell.
