He was predeceased by: his parents, Waymon Chapman and Frances Chapman; his son Jay Chapman; his siblings, Tommy Chapman and Mary Chapman Roma; and his grandchildren, Mullaina Grace Chapman and Harper Rain Chapman.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Hogan Chapman; his sons, Joe Chapman (Kristen) and Joel Chapman (Sherri); his grandchildren, McKenzie Chapman, Macie Chapman, Mabrie Chapman, Andrew Chapman, Savannah Chapman, Cali Chapman and Bailey Chapman; his nephews, John Roma and Scott Roma; and his close friend Jazz.
