He was predeceased by: his father Howard L. "Buddy" Moore; and his brother Michael Alan Moore. He is survived by: his mother Wincie Brooks Moore; his children, Michael E. Moore (Kari) and Laura Moore Flynn (Jacobi); his sisters, Kathy Moore Phillips (Greg) and Karen Moore; his niece Katelynn Phillips; his grandchildren, Abigail, Weslynn, Auston, Annaleigh and Alan; and his pet Bates.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Haisten Funerals & Cremations (1745 Zack Hinton Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253). A committal service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Sharon Church (571 N Ola Rd, McDonough, GA 30252).
