He is survived by: his wife Debbie Chappell; his children, Brittney Hayes and Brandon Chappell; and his grandchildren, Addyson, Brayden and Anniston.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Westminster Memorial Gardens (2090 GA-54, Peachtree City, GA 30269).
