It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Irene Shirley of McDonough, Georgia, born in Tampa, Florida, who passed away on May 9, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Arthur Asbury Beauchamp; her husband George Russell Shirley Sr.; her siblings, Betty Herndon (Bill), Arthur Beauchamp (Virginia), Juanita Britt (Cliff), Jewel Blankenship and Clara Beauchamp; and also, Edith and Earl Bolton.
She is survived by: her children, George Russell "Rusty" Shirley Jr., Robert Timothy "Tim" Shirley and Robin Shirley Gay (Gary); her grandsons, Garrison Gay and Bailey Gay; her brother-in-law Billy Blankenship; and her friend Chico. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.
