She was predeceased by: her mother Odessa Ploma Burrell Rogers; her husband Thomas Palmer; and her children, Tammy Palmer and Tommy Palmer. She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Crowe, Wanda Rogers, Douglas Rogers and Rickey Rogers; her daughter-in-law Robin Terrell Palmer; her grandsons, Jeffrey Palmer (Jennifer) and Matthew Palmer (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Natasha, Alexander Palmer, Emma and Hazel Palmer; and her siblings, Doris Lesley, Judy Wilson (William) and Thomas Rogers (Carolyn).
