She was predeceased by: her parents, William Frank and Margaret Lucile Turpin Richardson; and her siblings, Dewey Richardson (Ila), William F. Richardson (Christine), Margaret Ellen Richardson Cox (Richard) and Julianne Richardson Powell.
She is survived by: her husband Robert E. "Gene" Minter; her children, Howard Bart Minter (Kimberly) and Regena Minter Barber (David); her grandchildren, Jackson Minter, Garrison Minter, Charles E. Barber-Loera (Ricky), Myles Weathersby, Riley Weathersby, Jackson Weathersby and Rachel Irby McCall (Allen); her great grandchildren, Winn McCall and Wilkes McCall; and her sister Jean Richardson Dorcheus (Sam). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Haisten Funerals & Cremations (1745 S Zack Hinton Pkwy, McDonough, GA 30253). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
