He is survived by: his mother Gracie Ann Powell; his sons, Charles Xavier Powell, Tristan Caleb Powell and Phillip James Powell; his brother Paul; his sister-in-law Sharron Powell; and his former spouses, Mattesa Goodrum-Powell, Janie Garvin and Cyndi Powell. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles.
