He is survived by: his wife Ann Leary Duckworth of McDonough; his children, Carrie Swan (George) of McDonough and Michael Duckworth (Sherry) of Locust Grove; and his sister Bobbie Calvert of Poulan. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
