Anthony Burel (Shawana) of Chicago, IL.; his cousins, Wanda D. Neal (Del), Donree Peterson, Alicia Gaskins, David M. Smith Jr. (Wanda), Joni D. Schofield (Daryl), Michael D. Smith Sr. (Carmencita), R. Dallas Smith (Bonnie), Raeshawna Upson and John "Chad"; and his godparents, Winfred, Juanita Verreen and Sheila Carroll of Orlando, FL.. He is also survived by other cousins, extended family members, and special friends.
