With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Carter (McDonough, Georgia), who passed away on May 5, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Lee Carter; her parents, Thomas Martin and Willie Martin; and her son Tim Carter. She is survived by: her children, Randall Carter (Deb) of Stockbridge, Elaine Brown of Sunny Side, Barry Carter of McDonough, Carol Rice (Louis) of McDonough and Joel Carter (Lynn) of Locust Grove; and her daughter-in-law Denise Carter of McDonough. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
