He is survived by: his daughters, Grace and Lillian Kelly; his parents, Ronnie Kelly (Nan) and Dena Kelly (Robin Bowles); his sister Kristi Dow; his nephew Drew Dow; and his niece Kendal Dow. He is also survived by his family and was a proud dad who adored his two girls.
