He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph and Dovie Lee Bryans Elliott; and his sisters, Dorothy Paul and Marcella Mote. He is survived by: his wife Kim Elliott; his daughters, Scarlett Shell (Jeffrey) of Atlanta and Sirce Owen (William) of McDonough; his grandchildren, Silas Shell, Mary Elliott Shell, Charles Owen and George Owen; and his sister Betty Davis of Mableton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
