He was predeceased by: his mother Kelly E. Kimball. He is survived by: his wife Mellissa Anne Garland; his daughters, Melanie Elizabeth Garland, Courtney Ann Garland and Sarah Kelly Garland; his father Ronny Lamar Garland; and his sisters, Amanda Dawn Garland, Kristy Marie Garland and Lois Louise Kimball.
