He was predeceased by: his parents, James Earl Millikin and Mary Jane Thomas Millikin; and his father-in-law Charles Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Cassie Wilson Millikin; his children, Jennifer Millikin (Johnny), Melissa Chafin (Will) and Brandon Millikin (Jessica); his grandchildren, Caroline Chafin, Will Chafin, Harris Chafin and Bryce Millikin; his stepchildren, Breanna Hopkins and Mathew Hopkins; his siblings, Deborah Paulette (Thomas) and Ronald Millikin (Lisa); his mother-in-law Connie Wilson; and his brother-in-law Jason Wilson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Conner-Westbury Funeral Home (1891 W McIntosh Rd, Griffin, GA 30223). A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home (1891 W McIntosh Rd, Griffin, GA 30223).
