Victoria, born on January 25, 1943 in Marietta, South Carolina, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Poole; her brother Bill Bates; and her niece Mary "Boo" Bates. She is survived by: her daughter Charla Poole Turner (Michael Turner); her grandchildren, Micha Turner (Hope Turner), Charles Presley Turner (Nadia Turner) and Madelyn Turner (Josiah Turner); her great grandchild Stella Mae Turner; her niece Laura Dunn (Philip Dunn); and her nephews, Lee Bates (Ginny Bates) and Jerry Bates (Bonnie). She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family has asked that any monetary donations be given to Turning Point Church in honor of Vickie.
