It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Winston Smith of McDonough, Georgia, born in Bethlehem, Georgia, who passed away on May 14, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Oscar Smith; his siblings, Jane Odum, Betty Kelley and Bobby Smith; his children, Duane Smith (Cindy) of Hampton, Steve Smith (Jody) of Jefferson, Terry Smith (June) of Monroe and Winn Skipper (Scott) of McDonough; and his grandchildren, Oscar Smith, Derick Smith (Allison), Shea Mills (Jerry), Sarah Brown (Tyler), Mary Fuentes (Roberto), Joseph Smith (Nicole), Melissa Hoffman, Garet Skipper (Savannah), Sally Skipper and Molly Skipper. He was also cherished by 17 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Southern Crescent Baptist Church or the American Heart Association.
