She is survived by: her children, Joey Phillips (Kathryn) of McIntyre, Neal Phillips (Erlene) of McIntyre, Tony Phillips of McIntyre and Janet Wolfe (Mark Morgan) of Milledgeville; her siblings, Lee Medlin and Mary Freeman of Milledgeville; her grandsons, Shane Cox, Cody Wolfe, Zachary Phillips and Jacob Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Carly, Gabrian, Ashton, Savannah, Parker and Ella.
