She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Avery and Florence Miller; her husband Ray Kitchens, Jr.; and her daughters, Brenda Dale Kitchens and Carol Kitchens Brower.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Ray Kitchens of Jones County, Sara Holland of McIntyre and Robbie Croom (Richard) of Macon; her son-in-law Johnny Brower of Pensacola, FL; her sister Martha Sanders Bivins of Gordon; her grandchildren, Danny Kitchens, Jr., Lily Kitchens, Cindy Whiddon (Michael), Richard Croom III (Melaine), Christy Williams (Chad), Chris Holland (Leslie), Scott Holland (Jennifer), Amanda Kirwan (Matt) and John Brower (Brittany); her niece Janice Kizziah; and her close friend Vickie Johnson. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Couey Reece Stanley Funeral Home (1934 E H Snow Rd, McIntyre, GA 31054). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Couey Reece Stanley Funeral Home (1934 E H Snow Rd, McIntyre, GA 31054).
