She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Long and Thelma Walls Long; and her husband William Peyton. She is survived by: her friend Virgil Salter; and her children, Rodney Harker (Tracy), Mike Harker (Leigh Ann), Wendy Tanner (Bill Barlow) and Karen Greene (Mike). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 1 great great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Pike County Assembly of God (4990 U. S. Hwy 19, Zebulon, GA 30295). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
