She is survived by: her children, Dwain Douglas Nix (Wendy), Denise Nix Armistead and Donna Carol Nix; her grandchildren, LaKeitha Pierce (David), Jeremy Smith (Amanda), Dusty Dunbar, Stephanie Jones Obert (Jerred), Corey Dunbar (Holly) and Deanna Nix; her great grandchildren, Tyler Pierce, Tristan Barnett, Madison Barnett, Eli Dunbar, Ellie Dunbar, Alexis Smith and Cody Smith; and her sisters, Ezel Knowler, Marie Rogers and Connie Potts (John). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Moody-Daniel Funeral Home (10170 US-19, Zebulon, GA 30295). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
