He is survived by: his children, Beverly Brooks Zammett, Terrell Brooks, Jr. (Kelley Greathouse) and Gerald Brooks; his close friend Judy Ledbetter; his grandchildren, Brittany, Makayla, Reid, Gapp, Landry, Lawson, Lane, Annalyse, Marissa, Brylei and Ava; his great grandchildren, Owen, Maddox, Isabella, Madelyn, Delilah, Austin and Aria; and his siblings, Clara Odum, Floyd Brooks (Mary) and John Brooks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
