She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas Harrell and Lila Mae Smith Harrell; her husband James Grant Creel, Jr.; her stepdaughter Lana Dione Creel; her siblings, John William Harrell (Belinda), Rev. Ralph Thomas Harrell, Mary June Harrell, Carolyn Elizabeth Harrell Parten (Jack) of Betty Jean and Harrell Russell (Johnny Mack); her siblings-in-law, Sandra Harrell, Matt Cross and O. A. Lott; and her nephew Jim Parten.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Morris Middleton (Stacey), Yvonne Morris Cone (Blake) and John Thomas Morris (Dana); her stepson Grant Creel, III (April); her grandchildren, James Scott Morris (Savannah), Austin Creel and Alice Creel; her great grandchildren, Easton Morris and Wyatt Morris; her siblings, Mildred Cross, Jackie Harrell, Becky Morris, Cecil Harrell (Peggy) and Ray Harrell (Sue); and her sister-in-law Joyce Harrell. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Cobb Funeral Chapel (2441 GA-37, Moultrie, GA 31768). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
