It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Edward Hudgins of Menlo, Georgia, born in Mentone, Alabama, who passed away on September 30, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Westwater Hudgins and Willie Mae Johnson Hudgins; and his siblings, Frank Hudgins, Ralph Hudgins and Linda Johnston.

He is survived by : his children, Joseph E. Hudgins, Jr. (Alicia W.) and Casey Cox; his sisters, Rebecca S. Posey (Mike), Deborah Hudgins, Beverly Hudgins and Bobbie J. Lumley; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Johnston. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
