She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo O. Barnes and Fodia Rentz Barnes; and her husband Eldridge C. Waters Sr. (Catfish). She is survived by: her children, E C Waters Jr. (Tina) of Metter and Rita Snipes (Kenny) of Palatka Fla. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wood Funeral Home (800 S E Broad St, Metter, GA 30439). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at the Lake Cemetery.
