With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobby Edwin Kemp Sr. of Metter, Georgia, born in Swainsboro, Georgia, who passed away on September 23, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kidd Kemp and Annie Mae Kemp; his wife Shirley Jean Kemp; and his brothers, W. R. Kemp, Carlton Kemp and Al Kemp.

He is survived by: his sons, Eddie Kemp, Todd Kemp (Jodie) and Scott Kemp; his grandchildren, Abbie Johnson (Blake), Leiann Wilkinson (Matthew), Aubri Kemp and Alex Kemp; and his sisters, Annette Bruner, Joyce Franklin (Ned) and Edna Brinson. He is also survived by several sisters-in-law, a brother-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.
