He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hiser and Rosie Hiser. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hiser; his children, Nick Hiser (Rita), Chris Hiser (Jennifer), Andie Smith, Steve Pitts (Jessica) and Samantha Bird (Tim); and his brother Doug Hiser. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
