He is survived by: his children, Donald Gene Mullins, Robert Dewey Mullins, Darrell Mullins, Audrey Mae Mullins and Donna Jane Hoover; his siblings, Robert Allen Mullins (Patricia), Margie Elanor Cook and Dorlene Palmer; his sister-in-law Betty Mullins; and his caregiver Linda Sapp. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
