She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Fordham and Mary Lou Sharpe Fordham; her brother Randy Fordham; and her half-sister Frankie Blackburn. She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Mikell Jones of Rex and Dana Bloodsworth (Jason) of Hammond, LA; her siblings, Russell Fordham, Jimmy Fordham, David Fordham, Joey Fordham, Paulette Carpenter, Peggy Fordham, Connie Fordham and Melody Flynt; her grandchildren, Michael Jones, Matthew Jones, Lane Bloodsworth and Noah Bloodsworth; and her great grandchild Haisley Bloodsworth.
