He was predeceased by: his parents, George M. Biggers and Memory Fowler Biggers; and his siblings, Johnny Biggers, Ricky Biggers, Judy Woods and Roy Biggers.
He is survived by: his sister Debra Wilson (Anton Williamson) of Yulee, Florida; his aunt Mabel Fowler Heigaard of Metter; his children, Katina, Jason, Jody, Kevin, Angela, Diane, April, Donna, Kelly, Kristian, Roy, Jr., George, Jonathan, Ann, Jim, Brittany and Racheal; his siblings-in-law, Betty Biggers, Roxanne Biggers, Margaret Biggers and Wesley Calhoun; and his close friend James Crosby. He is also survived by several nieces nephews.
