He is survived by: his wife Juanita Googe of Lyons; his children, Linda Fix (Mike) of Richmond Hill, Diane Sparks (Scott) of Metter, Andy Googe (Traci) of Vidalia, Michael Googe (Dana) of Metter and Beth Googe of Lyons; and his siblings, Shirley A. Thompson of Metter, Wanda Kay Clifton of Metter, Charles E. Googe of Valdosta, Roger Googe (Barbara) of Metter, David E. Googe (Demaris) of Metter, James Googe (Hettie) of Metter, Tommy Googe of Guyton and Tony Googe (Julie) of Griffin. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.
