He is survived by: his children, Nancy W. Carter of Ludowici, Georgia and Howard W. Williams Jr. (Tonya) of Metter; his grandsons, Chris Carter (Deona) of Ludowici and Corey Williams (Lauren) of Savannah, Georgia; his great grandchildren, Alex Carter, Christopher Carter (Emily) of Ludowici and Elizabeth Williams of Savannah; and his brothers, Wayne Williams (Pam) of Metter and Ben A. Williams (Anna) of Metter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
