She was predeceased by: her parents, William Homer Braddy and Lois Dove Braddy; her son Walter H. "Hal" Sikes; her siblings, Buddy and Janet; and her granddaughter Amber M. Sikes.
She is survived by: her husband Robert H. "Bobby" Sikes of Metter; her daughter Lori S. Daughtry (Larry) of Metter; her grandchildren, Tabetha S. Hebden (Scott), Tiffany D. Price (John), Hillary D. Fulmer (Justin), Brittany N. Burns (Adam) and Kassidy D. Fordham (Jamie); her close friend June Bunn; and her pet Pepe. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
