It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Lee Boston of Metter, Georgia, born in Statesboro, Georgia, who passed away on December 24, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Cora Lee Love Timmons and Lester Timmons; and her sister Leslie Mae Timmons. She is survived by : her husband Harold Boston, Jr. of Metter, GA; her children, Rodriques "Redman" Timmons (Twala) of Durham, NC and Shaneka "Nikki" Timmons Burchell (Javaine) of Hampton, GA; her stepsons, Arthur A. Boston of Atlanta, GA and Mitchell W. Boston (Connie) of Fort Worth, TX; her siblings, Belle Webb of Statesboro, GA, Oreta Timmons of Statesboro, GA, Mary Love of Statesboro, GA, Johnny Timmons, Jerry Timmons of Tallahassee, FL and Lavon Timmons (Pat) of Atlanta, GA; her sister-in-law Chyrileen Kilcrease of Metter, GA; and her close friend Jeanette Houston. She is also survived by five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
